1. Purpose
BanLookup is a platform to view and manage moderation sanctions (ban, mute, kick, warn) for game servers connected through plugin/API.
2. Access to service
Panel access requires Discord authentication and role/permission checks defined by the BanLookup operator. Users must not attempt to bypass these restrictions.
3. Authorized use
Users must use BanLookup only for legitimate moderation purposes and must not import unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content.
4. Data and responsibilities
Displayed data comes from connected servers and their teams. Each server remains responsible for the information it sends (sanctions, reasons, evidence, notes).
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". BanLookup may be modified, suspended, or interrupted at any time for maintenance, security, or product evolution.
6. Ownership and non-profit scope
BanLookup is operated by AWSKY in a non-profit context. The platform's visual, technical, and documentation assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Cookies
BanLookup uses strictly necessary technical cookies for authentication, session continuity, and security. No advertising or marketing tracking cookies are currently used.
